REFUND POLICY

The Trustee for THE VR TRUST (ABN 31 879 958 649) (“we”, “us” or "TVB" or "The Visionary Blueprint" or "The Visionary Ecom Blueprint") prides itself on providing online courses of the highest quality and is committed to customer satisfaction. This refund policy describes generally how we manage our online course refunds. Refunds remain subject to our Online Course Terms and Conditions https://thevisionaryecomblueprint.com/terms-and-conditions. If you would like more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Refunds will only be made to the extent required by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Australian consumer protection. If you are otherwise not satisfied with the product and service that you receive from us, you may be entitled to a refund to us in accordance with the below.

Refunds

No refunds if sales made
If you make a sale after joining the course program, implementing any/all of our strategies this will be considered a success and you will not be entitled to a refund on the purchase of any of our The Visionary Blueprint training program(s) under any other circumstances. The thinking is, if you can make 1 sale, you can repeat the process and make several more sales. 

No displacement of the Australian Consumer Law
TVB is committed to adhering to the principles of consumer protection provided in Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), also known as the ‘Australian Consumer Law’ (‘ACL’). This refund policy does not exclude the warranties and guarantees which are not excludable by the ACL. All other warranties and guarantees are excluded by operation of this policy.

Entitlement to refund
Subject to our obligations to provide refunds under the Australian Consumer Law, refunds will not be given unless you provide us with complete evidence to our satisfaction to demonstrate that:

1. You have attempted to sell and/or tested at least 3 different products (‘Products’) through 3 different niches and/or stores (‘Stores’) that:
A) fit our Product Research Guidelines and fit our Winning Product Criteria guidelines (available through the TVB course online portal)
B) are priced at fair market value; and
C) are marketed using the methodologies we teach in our TVB online training courses available inside the courses online portal.

2. The Products and/or Stores which you have attempted to sell have at all material times been priced at fair market value and further that you have followed at all times any criteria, guidelines or other instructions provided by us to you;

3. You have completed the following performance metrics:
A) Have watched 100% of the full course at the minimum in order to have received adequate training.
B) Contacted your mentor to ask atleast 5+ questions about each store/product, and ask for a store review on each store/product
C) You have set up a Facebook ads manager account in accordance with the information provided by us and have provided quality imagery or video creatives modelled after your top competitors stores and/or advertisements;

4. You have at least one live active Facebook ad campaigns running to your website or product at the time of your refund request that is not generating any results;

5. You have Facebook ad account data proof to show that:
A) each of your Products and/or Stores have been tested by you with at least 2 advertising approaches and/or angles being taken with each Product and/or Store, that is, you have tested a total of at least 4 ad angles for each product, across all of your Products and/or Stores; and
B) at least $300.00 (AUD) has been spent on each of the 3 products / stores you have run, that is, and a total of $900.00 (AUD) has been spent across all 3 Products and/or Stores;
C) ineffective advertisements have been turned off and new advertisements have been launched in accordance with our instructions on at least one occasion; and
D) you have tested different video/image creatives with different angles and pitches following formulas/criteria taught in the TVB training program available in the Online Portal.

6. You have an active Facebook and Instagram page with at least 1,000 page likes, providing potential customers a legitimate reason to buy a TVB product from the social proof;

7. You have attempted various marketing/ad strategies as suggested by us in the training, advertising on both Facebook Newsfeed and Instagram Newsfeed;

8. You have asked us for feedback on your store, ads, offers, product, or niche at least six times through the 1 on 1 mentoring access to allow for further assistance; and

9. Your offer, pricing and terms must be fair and fall within the acceptable market conditions of your product. For example, if you’re selling a hair dryer, and the average price the majority of retailers sell their products for $100, you trying to sell these items for $150 is not acceptable, unless you are providing a premium level product.

Note: After 60 days from purchasing, there is zero eligibility for a refund. Within 60 days, if all terms are met, you are eligible to request for a refund.

The Visionary Ecom Blueprint policy is that if you can make one sale, you can repeat the process to make 100 sales. You will therefore be disqualified from a refund from the time you make at least one sale of at least one of your Products through at least one of your Stores.

Hi, please understand we have a refund policy for a reason. This is an online business not a get rich quick scheme. We also have this in place to stop people stealing our content. Stealing includes downloading the videos, you must watch them in the members area. Once you have sent us all the details we need and our Support Team has confirmed you are eligible for a refund, you will be refunded within 14 business days depending on your country and bank (please understand this is an estimate and may arrive quicker, or take longer). Refunds will not be issued unless:

2. You have tested 3 products/stores within the first 30 days and have not made any sales. Test ad spend for each store: $200-300 USD to determine if product is a winner. If not, repeat the following requirements for all stores.
Launch requirements for each store:

o Correctly priced product accordingly to training materials and competitors
o Modern looking website fully launched
o Custom domain names
o Modern logo created
o Set up ALL pages on store
o Install all recommended Apps
o Set up Facebook pixel
o Create Facebook and Instagram page
o Create PayPal account
o Write and optimise product descriptions
o Add reviews to website - 10 reviews minimum per product
o Proof of implementing all free traffic methods available
o Abandoned cart email sequences set up as per the training shows
o 3+ video ads and image ads tested for each product

3. All steps must be followed for each store to be eligible for a refund. Facebook ad accounts should be kept
open to show proof of ad spend and screenshots should be taken of each store to show proof of all action items completed.
4. All terms outlined above are required to be provided to our support team email to request a refund, with clear proof attached outlining each step.

The member must have followed all steps above and experienced zero sales from doing so. When / if the members store(s) have made a sale (1 sale), it demonstrates and proves that the store has seen a result. This ultimately means that the store is able to generate results therefore it has the potential to generate further sales and results deeming the member ineligibility for a refund as it is a matter of adjusting the stores funnel to generate more sales and increase store conversion rates.

To clarify, all steps are required to be submitted to our support email with proof attached clearly demonstrating and displaying each step to be eligible for a refund. You will only receive a refund provided we are 100% satisfied with the information provided in relation to each step required to be sent through to us with crystal clear, attached proof referencing each step. Failure to provide all of the requirements outlined below means that you are not eligible for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide ALL the requirements with proof sent to our customer support email.**

5) The member of The Visionary Blueprint program has made an effort to use at a minimum of one of the traffic method(s) (conversion: purchase objective campaigns should only be used to generate sales, this is a requirement to provide us with. No other campaigns should be created as part of your total ad-spend) that we specify inside the training program. Ad-spend in alternative campaign objectives will not be included and calculated in the total amount spent as this is not what we teach you to do and is done from external advice only. You must also provide proof of attempting 3 different stores/niches with it including custom domain names as suggested inside the training to build legitimacy and professionalism from the customers point of view.

6) The member must provide proof of their Facebook Ad Data in relation to their store(s) showing that they have followed the methods that are specified inside the training. The member is required to have spent a minimum of $300.00 USD collectively in ads without experiencing any sales in their store(s). Amount spent on ads should be specified in relation to; how much on each store (amount spent should differ per store, this is a requirement) with providing proof of this also inside the email.
